Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using EasyHabits, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

EasyHabits is a habit tracking application for iOS. We provide the app "as is" and work continuously to improve it.

Your Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Your habit data is stored locally and in your iCloud account. We recommend keeping regular backups.

Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use EasyHabits for its intended purpose — personal habit tracking. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

Intellectual Property

EasyHabits, its design, code, and content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

EasyHabits is provided for personal productivity purposes. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the app's data or features. We are not liable for data loss — please maintain your own backups.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
